A fragrant infusion of fresh lemon and orange mixed with a distinctive spice blend of sweet star anise with warming cinnamon, fennel and freshly picked garden mint. Sun ripened strawberries and raspberries are refreshed with sparkling lemonade, rich damson plum and a hint of aromatic juniper to bring it to a close
